Course is over priced and teaches very basic stuff. There are better companies out there that offer better splits and actually know who you are. Advertising as local??? Expect you to deal with disgruntled customers and you go back to any recalls for free or they take it out your wages regardless of your situation.

You really feel like you are part of a team and part of a, forgive the cliché, a family. Various roles with varying hours that can suit everyone and their situations. Everyone has a say and is allowed to present ideas and projects. New management over the last couple of years completely changing the dynamic and trying to correct the bad opinions that have been formed over the years. Potential for progression and skill building for the future.
