- the work can be interesting - get to work with smart, hard working people - get to learn on the job and solve unique utility problems

Minpunten

- concerns regarding longevity of the Canadian nuclear industry - tools and techniques are obsolete (they were state of the art 20+ years ago) - cost cutting initiatives/low investment
