Constant Micro managing Managers who have no management experience and or do not have people skills nor know how to manage a group or a collective of people Company vision & direction seems blurry & unknown Certain employees dependent on tenure and if you grew with the company get treated differently than other employees. Certain employees in certain departments get to do what they want & have leeway in their workday, as oppose to other departments have stricter regime, and do not have that leeway - creating disparities across the entire company. Company has there own style of managing business, company culture, company vision, and more - which is essentially far off from reality and how other companies Would or should be ran. Those who are outsiders are definitely in for a culture shock. Promotions might be the hardest thing to get within the company. You’re better off resigning, going somewhere else to work for 6 months, and then returning to apply for a new role. Internal promotions are non existent Year end bonuses are non existent. The company never rewards out bonuses nor do they ever plan to. The company never engages in the topic of rewarding your employees. The only times the company rewards their employees is through food. Pizza for lunch, left over tacos for lunch, and etc. Bonuses are non existent There is no onboarding program for new hires. Everyone is just thrown into the fire & you just figure it out as you go. Employee morale overall is down amongst entire company, however most employees just stay silent. For those who speak on morale during company wide events, the feedback is received, but there is 0% follow up action followed up on any employee matters. Exec team mainly rejects any opportunity for change amongst the entire company. This is a company that wants to grow & be amongst the elites - which it very much so has the opportunity to do - but it still carries around very much so old habits that they refuse to address and or change. So the future of this company is always an unclear one. There’s a long list that could be written out… However I believe the cons amongst this company severely outweigh the pros
