I don't think you are a bad guy either, but disillusioned is not an accurate term. You were miserable, due to extremely difficult personal circumstances, and you brought that with you to work every day, where it affected the people around you, your own performance, the well being of the business. It was obviously time to start anew, for both of us, and I think you probably agree. P.S. Hipsters? Who here is a hipster? I'm baffled.
