There is a high standard set for character, effort, and work product, but the demands are enforced with support and encouragement rather than punishment. The firm has nurtured relationships with high value institutional clients who trust Klinedinst to handle their non-cookie-cutter matters. The work is always interesting and challenging. I have never experienced any "lean" times with incoming work at Klinedinst. There is always more than enough work.
