Unrealistic expectations to hit KPIs that don’t update as our workload continues to increase with our scope of support. The position has become significantly more technical and challenging despite no compensation increase, and management has explicitly stated there are no plans for this as we continue to support more products. The support department had rather measure and base your performance on how quick you are to press a button rather than your ability to help customers or resolve issues. Don’t expect to be trained adequately on any of our products before being thrown into the frying pan.
That isn’t even touching the company-wide issues that have appeared after our CEO change and PE acquisition.
