      Supervisors up to CEO and natively interested in your well being. Opportunities to improve and get better professionally are there for you to take advantage. The transparency is superb making you feel part of the team. You are eager to go to work. You are surrounded by other people who want to be the best at what they do.

      It is hard to find one, so I could only see that no matter where you are, the insurance can always improve.

      not many pros left with the current leadership and direction, but it's still a good place to work to learn about the industry and gain skills

      executive leadership and the equity ownership have taken this company to the gutter sadly, there isn't any culture left and the product keeps getting worse with only more hype about how they're on top of the AI revolution. Almost all the leaders and thinkers who made KnowBe4 great have left or were pushed out, which is normal with a CEO change but the folks taking on "change management" are clueless about the business and about the teams they're in charge of. The product needs to regain it's quality and customer friendly design, right now it's losing out to smaller vendors and issues are continually overlooked.
