Hello and thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. The future of remote work at KnowBe4 is still being figured out by our senior management. Our leadership team is keeping an eye on the ever-evolving global pandemic and is prioritizing the health and safety of our employees above all else. For the time being, employees continue to work remotely while the world continues to deal with COVID-19. Right now, we know any employee who was hired for a fully remote position will not be required to work from the office. In the future, many other employees may move to a hybrid work model where they can continue to work remotely, with designated days each week in the office for collaboration and team building. This model is similar to what the majority of other organizations are planning to do at some point in the future. Please know that this is of utmost importance to Stu, Erika, and all of KnowBe4’s executives and that they are trying to reach the best decision for KnowBe4, our employees, and our company culture. As things change, you can be sure that Stu will keep us all up to date with the latest developments.
When it comes to pay, our sales reps have huge earnings potential! Historically, over 60% of our SMB reps have made over $100,000 in a year; in fact, our top SMB rep has made over $160,000 and our top enterprise rep made over $500,000. PLUS, KnowBe4 has a monthly bonus plan after the first 90 days of employment that each employee can earn between $0 and $2,000 per month based on company-wide sales. We started this in 2015. Since then, the lowest it has been is $7,500 per person in a year and the highest it has been is $17,800 per person in a year.
