Pluspunten

Great product that helps many companies in the industry with their cybersecurity. They host a company-wide briefing every morning. Has some very friendly and talented people working there.

Minpunten

The company took a couple turns during its IPO and acquisition, lots of changes to the Product, Revenue and Marketing sectors were revamped in terms of staff, management and direction. Bonuses have been cut 75% or more. Culture is a lot more divisive, and departments have siloed a lot since WFH became more common.

Hello. We are working on updating the compensation structure based on employee feedback. With new ownership as well as being in the cybersecurity industry, change is inevitable. Monthly bonuses are currently on track for the same range as last year so there has not been a 75% reduction. Wishing you all the best in your future endeavors.

not many pros left with the current leadership and direction, but it's still a good place to work to learn about the industry and gain skills

Minpunten

executive leadership and the equity ownership have taken this company to the gutter sadly, there isn't any culture left and the product keeps getting worse with only more hype about how they're on top of the AI revolution. Almost all the leaders and thinkers who made KnowBe4 great have left or were pushed out, which is normal with a CEO change but the folks taking on "change management" are clueless about the business and about the teams they're in charge of. The product needs to regain it's quality and customer friendly design, right now it's losing out to smaller vendors and issues are continually overlooked.
