      Pluspunten

      For someone who works from a third-world country, the salary is about fine to get you going. Remote work, which for me is a plus.

      Minpunten

      Unprofessional attitudes and not a bit of trust in their employees (I worked remotely). A crushing work load and unrealistic targets. No evaluation or any clear information on your progress. Finally, you'll be on your PC doing your regular work when you find out you've just been fired, the HR will call you with the decision, no notice, nothing. This happened before to people I knew worked there, so I wasn't surprised when it finally happened to me.
