Salary on time. Nothing is good here no management no policy

Minpunten

Poorest management, they hire family persons on high positions without any knowledge and experience and they ruin the team work and culture. No policy related to favour in employee. Even their fnf settled in 45 days. Culture so bad CEO is non tech just thinks that IT also work like Bpo. Keep annoying. Unrealistic expectations. Gender biasness, low appraisal, too much delayed appraisal cycles.

Koch’s initiative to promote from within. Koch also encourages open door policies with management and if you are not happen they try to find a good fit.

In office for absolutely no reason. Half of my team is out of state.
