The Bad First thing you might notice are the false 5 star reviews, which will make you wonder why they need them. Let me clarify. - Office Politics, Power Practice, Constant shift of company goals and structure. - Legacy stack. Afraid of new technology & ideas. - Nepotism. Some of them lack basic manners for communicating with peers and respecting seniors. That's because they have the support of the top guys. If you are new, try to mix with them, treat them as literal Gods, otherwise I'm afraid you can't stay much longer. - Does Jira Management more than actual Project Management. - Low retention rate, everyone who's not part of their system wants to go out. - Cannot give reviews about Managers/Senior Management.
