Everyone is completely aware of their path to a higher position, if that's what they want. Also, the benefits go crazy.

Employee expectations can be quite high. When I started, there was a steep learning curve, and some days, it's still hard! Konstruct strives to be the best and they expect the same from their employees.

Sometimes there's tight deadlines, but managers try their best to balance client needs and staff resources. * Snacks & refreshments throughout the day.

* I would say the onboarding is a bit a lot, and new hires might get overwhelmed. But the company is always looking forward to improving processes, so this is minor.
