Training was clear and wasn't thrown into the deep end before proper teaching. Great environment to work at overall with good pay for the work required. Supply issues - needed a better system for ordering new items and restocking basic items. Usually only done by a manager, which meant if a manager wasn't on shift the issue may not be dealt with promptly. Frequently had to improvise with sizes/cups or take basic items off the menu (not just seasonal) due to missing syrups, powders, grounds, etc.
