good place for boot lickers. if you are in problem and you talk with upper management, you not get any help. instead management will try to find faults in you. but if any boot licker or favorite is having same problem management try and help them

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at KudosIntech Software Pvt Ltd and cannot think of any significant drawbacks. However, from my personal experience, I have not encountered any cons worth mentioning.
