Employees are pitted against one another for advancement in an unhealthy manner. Management is told to provide feedback and opportunities for employees, but with little to no compliance. Employee engagement is a joke. Instead of listening to the issues the employees have, they are placated with pizza parties or hamburger socials. There has been NO cost-of-living increase in pay, and they are trying to cut overtime hours. All complaints sent to HR result in useless surveys where the group circles how they feel their management team is doing. The environment is toxic and retalitory.
