Benefits aren't bad but pay isn't with market. Multiple internal systems that do not talk to each other. Clunky policies and procedures, not very strong leadership with line managers

Average pay for the area. Very good health benefits (low premium) and okay work life balance. Coworkers fairly chill with the one or two toxic person. Opportunities to cross train and learn new skills if that is your desire.

Minpunten

Workload uneven between shifts depending on shifting prioritizations on batches. Dead end, no route for career advancement. Cross training is a stopgap measure to cover for department personnel shortages.
