Minpunten
Too many to name. Ultimately, LLYC does not truly value its people. We’re paid under market standards, are forced into working all hours, and leaders lead through fear. Leadership will talk a good game but ultimately lack values. If you aren’t drinking the kool-aid, you’ll be fired for whatever bogus reason. Performance reviews aren’t impactful. There’s no stability. If you have a great manager, they’ll be so overworked and not set up to set others up for success. LLYC thinks copy and pasting what they do in LATAM will just translate to the US and it simply isn’t the case. Run run run. You won’t valued and will likely experience workplace trauma.
