Doesn't matter what position your are in, upper management will always find a way to micromanage something and slow the whole thing down. 5. ZERO accountability from management. 6. Grievances and complaints are outright ignored. 7. Too many people in comfortable positions to really effect lasting change. People will talk a lot without actually saying much of anything (upper management)
