Fundamentals in graphic design, packaging centered. Mostly FMCG. At headquarters you do get the chance to work on other categories, and they do have good initiatives around causes (social and eco).
Minpunten
Leadership is lost. There is a sense that "any road will do" as they attempt to break into new design areas. Basically because they don't have the credibility to play outside their lines. Very output minded, lack of dedication and effort in leveraging what they do well, versus what they feel they need to do because others are doing it as well. They want to be on par with Landor, Interbrand and the likes, but are years away from that. Then there is the uncertainty around succession and lack of clarity what the (top heavy) management is actually doing (versus saying).
