Minpunten
Office - The size of a class room. There is no privacy whatsoever. Staff - Dysfunction issues. The manager behaves more like one of the employees while one employee (in particular) tries to behave as though she's the manager. Unfortunately, the manager does nothing to stop this behavior. There's also gossip, unprofessionalism (I had no interest in other people's loud offensive political views but was forced to listen to them), and a general lack of appropriate workplace behavior by certain people. I would also take what the other Phoenix reviewer said with a grain of salt - the loud mouth in the office told the manager that this person falls asleep at his desk (this was said for the entire room/office to hear). I have no idea if this is true, but if this person thinks all his co-workers are great, he clearly doesn't know what's going on.
