The CEO and CTO try hard to form a FinTech company, but the board is not aligned with this vision. In the past, engineers did a hard job making various software products and tools for internal and external users, but overall it was not quite successful. There has been minimum product management. Most of the product knowledge is within the operations, finance teams, and engineering. Due to missing the long-term vision, the goals in engineering constantly change, switching between external and internal, new product and back office support. Overall this is not a technology centric company.
