      Convenient location, but that's about it...

      Minpunten

      This company had 28 years & a decent reputation (for a builder). Then decided to 'go corporate'. Bad decision it turned out. Top heavy, they have gradually laid off the majority of the workers and are left a shell of their former self.

      Pluspunten

      LTS BUILDERS was one of the best companies to work for in the past. They hired a group of corporate WIZ KIDS that cleaned house of all the good employees and then cleaned their pocket books with high salaries and state of the art toys. What is left now is only the shadow of it's former self left to revive the past. Now under new management that is more self serving but white washing themselves with the good deeds of the past -- there are better employers out there. Go to RGB.

      Extremely mis-guided, certainly not the company it was 10 years ago. No loyalty to their employees -- management couldn't build a dog house.
