Pluspunten
The work is really easy, requires zero creativity and is often dictated to you by an account person. Seriously. They tell you exactly what they want you to write and expect you to do it their way. Heaven help you if you don't.
Minpunten
These people have no idea what they're doing. They're not advertising people. They're internal marketing department people. Big difference if you're used to working at a real agency. There's no HR to help you when you have a problem. Every aspect of the organization is disorganized or outsourced to some cheap third party supplier. The ECD or CCO or whatever she calls herself is possibly the worst, most incompetent creative I've ever worked for. Her only experience is in retail at C/E. It's difficult to do work that's bad enough for her. All of their accounts are in the same category. Which is questionably unethical but definitely boring.
