Pluspunten

Clinically, the flexibility is amazing. Getting to treat inpatient, outpatient, early intervention, etc. all within one job is unique to any other setting in the city. Therapists are given autonomy with their day to day schedules which helps decrease burn out. The cases are super interesting and every day is different.

Minpunten

While clinically very flexible, leadership is not very flexible about allowing for work life balance. It is impossible to change your hours and every therapist has to work Fridays. It can be challenging to stay because when a big life change happens, leadership isn’t always supportive.
