Thank you for sharing your insights! As someone who has been with the organization for more than five years, you have definitely witnessed the growth (and growing pains). Many of our systems across IT, finance, HR, and operations have changed to manage this growth, but as you recognize, it's a work in progress with more to go. We are also hiring A LOT which has a positive impact in having new and diverse experiences to add to our team, however, the flip side is that many people are joining at once and having to learn the ropes amongst a changing organization. We're enthusiastic about the growth and also realistic that it creates a changing landscape - for anyone joining the organization, it can be a dynamic, exciting place, but also means being flexible in navigating change.
