I appreciate that LMG covers brands across the US, Canada and UK, however I think there could be better employee benefits across the board for things like maternity pay, holiday allowance, health plan, etc. Additionally, my role requires me to be innovative and adapt to change. At times I have found resistance to change from other departments or brands (under LMG) a challenge when trying to help move the business forward. We can be slow to review and develop internal processes.
