We work together in teams on projects, and everyone has a voice when it comes to making decisions. Employees that are hard-working, self-motivated, and eager to learn are very successful at Labatt. The pay is very competitive, and usually above the market. There are some places for advancement, but your personal contribution to each project is where experience is most valued and most respected. Labatt focuses on education, and tries to make sure all employees are up to date on the newer technologies and concepts. Our health insurance is pretty good, and Labatt has limited premium and deductible increases on it's employees.
