The number of PTOs given is above average compared to other CRO's. Internet cost is covered in full for CRAs.
Minpunten
Unfortunately there is NO BONUS structure at all, no annual bonus and no quarterly CRA bonus as an incentive. Covance is not competitive compared to other CROs in this aspect. I really hope that this can CHANGE soon, otherwise CRAs will leave to other companies. Also, the Medical device division has even less benefits in terms of spending cash as benefit for CRAs or other travel incentives. All in all, even though the company is leading in revenue, it does not reflect in employee benefits and company is too too careful with spending and too much holding on the budget.
