The direct teams you work with on a daily basis are great

Minpunten

Any input given is valued by direct supervisors, but that's as far as it will go. All organizational decisions are made by the founder, who has sat as Board Chair since the 90's along with three of his friends - only recently adding two new female members. They make all decisions with no input from staff, who only have the best interest in the growth of the organization. Beware of an utterly frustrating experience if you want to make tangible change within the Chicago community.

Basic returns prepared for the customers

Minpunten

Turned alot of people away because of returns that we could not do. I had the availability to do more hours yet I was barely put on the schedule. Not worth it if you're looking for more hours.
