      Great pay, nice bonuses, wonderful benefits, good perks, and spendy/fun corporate events.

      Minpunten

      Varied work personalities, some amazing & sharp, others slightly aggressive and oftentimes immature. Company values don't align with appreciating the hard work that Lake Partners' employees put in. Senior leadership can be highly inappropriate and extremely uncomfortable to interact with. Little to no positive feedback or encouragement of employees, much criticism and stress/pressure put on analysts for their projects (i.e. having to work late nights, being berated sometimes, etc.). There is no Human Resources department or representative to address poor company culture caused by lack of great leadership.

      Everyone is so kind and welcoming, great benefits like fully stocked kitchen so you can make lunch in the office and even request groceries every week, and reimbursement for parking/ubers/public transportation. Projects are super interesting - span across all industries with a focus on healthcare. Most of our clients are hedge funds or PE firms so you help them make investment decisions which I find really interesting and I feel like I’m always learning something new. Amazing work life balance as well! People really care about each other at the company and senior managers are very invested in your personal growth. Everyone is super smart as well so it’s a great working environment where you can constantly learn from the people around you.
