Ok. Cons. This is typical of America businesseswhere everyone knows they shouldn't do something illegal yet they do ut, cause they can get away with it. I have a anxiety disorder and I requested two modifications and I was told "NO, " AND "i don't think think this job is right for you." So yeah, if you don't have any issue and are awesome, it might be a dream job in fact. Minimizing your expenses, ..... etc, but if you have children who need attention, make noise. Right now that I'm writing this, I remember, I was going to community college in Virginia and this libertarian just had a newborn. They let her to have her child nextto her desk in the quiet library and and I admired the community college. It's library in school where daily bunch of kids come in to study and they can't cause your baby is crying, but no one said a word about it cause we all could understand.
