8yThanks for your feedback. I appreciate the work you did at a difficult time for us, when survival of the company was in question. Fortunately, we made it through to a much better stage of the company (in part with help from you). I'm sorry that your experience was not the best, and I take responsibility for that.
As the cofounder referenced in this email, I admit there were times of high stress back then that I did not necessarily handle the best. However I do want to clarify that the incident you were referring to was a one-time occurrence, and has never happened since then. My apologies for making you uncomfortable, and thank you for the feedback, which helped me focus my self-improvement.
