3yThank you for your feedback. I am glad you experienced our culture as compassionate in your time at Lark - that is something we actively strive for. I am sorry that your experience with the sales team wasn’t ideal and doesn’t match up with what is happening at Lark now in the following ways:
- First and foremost, our programs have helped hundreds of thousands of patients improve their health outcomes, including losing weight, lowering blood pressure, and reducing their risk of developing diabetes. Our product works.
- We made significant changes to our Sales team and leadership this year, which has resulted in greatly increased sales momentum.
- We did experience some engineering turnover earlier this year, as did most engineering organizations. However, with a change in engineering leadership and the addition of 4 seasoned new executives this year, we have launched a number of product, data, and engineering enhancements via multiple releases this year, and have an exciting roadmap for 2023.
- Finally, while it pains me to see this feedback about me personally, I strive to learn from all feedback and aim to continually grow as a leader.
