Don't care about there employees and call themselves a family. They don't have any knowledge about how work on the software, they just tell I want this and don't care how you do it. They don't have a good pipeline to do things. They don't give free leave and expect people to work overtime without paying overtime also. We don't get salary on time as well. They treat there employees as they own them. Don't know how to talk to people. I learnt nothing working there. If you are working there, you won't have work life balance.
