I have been working at Laurentide for 3 years now and I have seen my share of changes. They have promoted people that had no idea what they were doing and left others for has been. I have seen i my group good leaders and motivators that are being told to stay quiet and some of our sales people are all becoming discourage with all the changes and reporting. Your score card is another thing used by Laurentide to penalize you if you are not 100% on targets that are to my opinion, sometimes surrealist. HR are very good at reprimand people and very little is done to make Laurentide a better place to work for all level of employees. Don't believe an HR person who tells you that people leaving would come back? That's a lot a baloney. Why have they left?

Laurentide is the best place I have ever worked at. I have been challenged since day one and will continue to be challenged until I retire. Entrepreneurship and initiative spirit are valued by senior management. Employees are treated with true respect and dignity. Training is promoted. Customer centric values are lived every day by all employees.

HR is useless and a total faillur because of the manager who is a yes man to the president. The president is a fake friend to anybody and will make you think that he cares about you. I seriously wounder how the HR guy was able to get the job. They will not hesitate to lie to employes
