I've never met a single jerk in the company, which is a titanic achievement in my book. But it's not just a "be nice at the expense of truth" place either. Overall benefits of LeapPoint are solid, but the retirement match of Omnicom is very ungenerous comparatively to every other Fortune 500 company I've worked for.

I’m proud to be part of a team that’s not only doing great work, but doing it with integrity, collaboration, and heart.

Genuinely nothing of note stands out as a con. The benefits are really good already, and if they can be improved as we continue to grow, that’d make a good thing even better.
