Thank you for taking the time to post a review, and for being honest. We know we could do better, and we work hard to keep improving. We want every stakeholder experience - customer, employee, school, teacher, supplier, partner, etc. - to be great. The student experience is the most important - and we've been committed to that for 40 years.
Because “people really do like the product,” as you point out, LWT was already on a growth track before the pandemic. Now, that growth is super-charged - we have the answers to the questions being asked. Education is facing many changes, and so are we - with new people, products, services, etc. LWT is committed to continuous improvement in all areas.
You’ve given good “Advice to Management” - we want every “bee” working in the LWT hive to be engaged and sharing good ideas. There are a number of ways that happens: through a manager; via email to HR; writing for the blog or newsletter; on social media; at Town Halls; or by filling out the employee survey (look for the next one in the spring). Good ideas can come from anywhere.
