Great coworkers, location and building. You also gain a ton of knowledge about legal documents.

Minpunten

You spend a lot of time doing work that is not your responsibility, such as customer service and retention which you do not help you hit targets. They are a churn and burn call center who have stopped putting their customers and employees first.

Work life balance is actually great. The people you work with are smart and generally fun to work with

Roadmap is very disorganized, you kind of have to assume you will work on any random project each day
