Pluspunten
They look for people with good souls, it doesn’t matter so much if you’re not the most experienced. If you’re cut throat and step on the next guys back to climb the corporate ladder, don’t bother applying, they see right through you. They care about their employees and they show it consistently. Lunches, gifts, office happy hours, holiday parties, everything. I’ve never felt better about working for someone else than I have for the past 6 months. They are also legitimately interested in doing the right thing, both for the customer and the rest of the world.
Minpunten
The only con I can think of is how spread out the offices are. Sometimes working with our dev team (also amazingly talented good hearted people there) is more difficult because they are halfway around the world. Occasionally for me this means being available during odd hours, but it’s rare. Otherwise, there’s not much to dislike!
