They make you learn and do so much for little pay. It's not an in and out job, there are times where we were understaffed and i had to come in earlier, or i had to leave much later. There were times where we were overstaffed, and the ratio employee to customer was 10 to 4. I'm just saying, we do quite a bit of stuff to only getting paid 9 dollars an hr. For a company that claims they are the leading optical right now, they need to treat their employees as well as they treat their customers.
