Required to work every weekend Required to meet sales quota every week, and if your store makes it you get a lousy $3 per unit you sold, if store doesn't make it you get $.50. Working hours are not consistent enough to make a decent living. The company doesn't give any incentives when store makes monthly goal. You are better off working at a doctors office , you don't have to worry about goals and daily pointless training.
