Salary is great, engagement with community is highly encouraged, latest technology with DST lens options, great product selection from frames to lenses, and true potential to impact peoples lives daily. Tremendous benefits, bonus is high if you can achieve their sales figures, and if you have an understanding field manager, good work/life balance.
Minpunten
High level of politics with field managers, sole focus on sales figures versus quality of work, new "group" is trying to turn a medical based arm of Luxottica into a regular mall retailer. New upper management has lost touch with stores and Doctors. Also very little room for advancement as inside employee, company seems to only desire external hires.
