I had many opportunites to move to the company but I declined because I was going for a direction than what the company provided. Great place to work and people they hire are also nice.

Minpunten

The management gets replaced so quickly that it is sometime hard to get know your manager and adapt to their behavior.

Very tight window for expected time on certain in-house jobs. Lab no longer at the Monterey location. Steep learning curve.
