Has become a place where upper management no longer cares or listens. Not shocking with fast growth, but just something thats changed since the beginning. Feedback is always negative regardless of what it is, even positive seems to be spinned or ignored. Promise of growth hasnt happened let alone discussed. Micromanaging has taken over for autonomy. Often will have double standards from upper management filtering down. Compensation has not grown as the job market has heated up. Will throw money at outside talent to attract them, but discussion about pay for current employees is a non-starter. Work/Life balance doesnt exist for the lower paid employees which causes frustrations. With job market favoring the applicant/employee, its too bad upper management doesnt value current employees enough to keep them happy. When they can throw money to attract those outside the company, losing more tenured staff isnt an issue and shows the culture that has started to take shape.
