Lack of progression and pay could be better

5 sick days is lenient. The CEO is friendly and charismatic and I respect the business he has created as it’s the best in the market in terms of rental referencing. You could wear casual clothes so I was always comfortable.

Very underpaid for the work load, you get shouted at if you don’t answer a call. They make you work every other Saturday so coming in to that awful office 6 days a week was not ideal. The place is full of cliques and incompetent staff, the high school mentality doesn’t leave some people. Management are not the best as they side with their friends, a lot of favouritism as those who are friends with the managers got a lot of leeway. Not everyone is treated equally or given the same opportunity. Agents could also get away with murder and can treat you as they please. Holidays were very competitive I could never get annual leave often when I wanted as only a couple of staff could be off, living my life around this business especially around summer time. The staff turn over is high which says a lot. Overall rather toxic and the place and people affected my mental health I would dread coming in. I am very happy now I have left and have a job the complete opposite of this place.
