they sponsor your visa. The co-worker is fine because they are innocent.

the boss has a weird temper. No logic and try too hard to earn every penny. He will lie in front of clients face. And every client they have, they screw up. The boss even makes one of my co-workers pay the fine which causes by the boss and client refuses to pay it.
