The job is relatively easy, you make what you earn with a base salary, and you get a free gym membership!

Minpunten

Management is too political. You won’t get promoted based off of performance, but rather being a ‘yes man/woman’. Also they continue to change the compensation plan.

Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

Minpunten

You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
