That part is very fulfilling. - Great Sales Team and training to get here is pretty enjoyable. - Upper Management are awesome and the 1:1 coaching is helpful in order to grow.
Minpunten
- 9-10 hour workdays. Variable hours depending on what the rest of the Sales Team/yourself has going on outside of work during the month. - Very little PTO. Once you've used it, in order to have time to take off, you have to work those extra days to make up for it. - Difficult to advance. - Easy to miss months where you will miss out on a bonus depending on the club. - Attrition Bonus tends to be a hit or miss - makes pay hard to live by when you rely on the bonuses.
