It was great working outdoors at the pool, you also get a free membership and discounts at the club. More benefits then if you were working at a regular community centre pool

No options if you are sick, you have to come in.

Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

Minpunten

You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
